What is The Yellow Bar?

The Yellow Bar is a group of people that really, really likes to have fun. Our mission is to provide entertainment for people from all over and all types of personalites. We have fun with all, big or small, short and tall, by providing great personalities, great music and a fun atmosphere.

The Yellow Bar dates back to the early 1990's when a group of people was having fun at a country festival called Country Jam in Eau Claire, WI. How the exact story goes will be argued till the end of time but some say the Yellow Bar founders weren't able to have as much fun away from home without the presence of a bar or "social club". Others say it was because the forefathers just wanted something to lean against and could no longer stand straight when they became drunk from all the alcohol consumption. So, in 1991, the first ever Yellow Bar was built. In later years, the bar became such a popular hit with everyone that the bar itself had to expand, thus doubling the size of the original. This is the bar you see today. Its exact location is unknown. You can see it at events such as Country Jam, Country Fest, We Fest, and Winstock. But it is the character of its patrons and bar staff that truly makes the Yellow Bar what it is today and it's growing popularity amongst it's visitors.

The bar has seen many come and go through the years as the popularity keeps growing. It truly has become a way for friends to get together, a way to make new friends, and a way to keep in touch with all those who enjoy a great time. Our website, www.theyellowbar.com, was established solely for the purpose of staying in touch, and to keep people informed of what has been going on and what is yet to come while at the same time having a little fun too.
